Swati Agarwal

Swati founded Clarion after a rich experience at Kanbay (now CapGemini Inc.) where she was working on cutting edge technologies and systems. She brings a unique blend of wide technology experience and world-class management expertise and has helped position Clarion as one of the emerging companies in the offshore technology industry.

Under her leadership and guidance, Clarion has grown from a small outfit to a 200 strong, multi-million dollar global software services company. Today Swati manages the business’ daily operations and looks into key strategic decisions and initiatives.

Soft spoken but social, Swati is a strong pillar of support at Clarion.  She received her B-Tech degree in Civil Engineering from the Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University and is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Ankur Agarwal
Co-founder and CEO
Ankur possesses a rich experience in the IT industry ranging from Infosys to eGain Communications. Ankur co-founded Clarion and since then has driven the company towards its objectives year on year. Under his governance, the company has grown significantly over the last decade.

Gentle and soft spoken, his unassuming personality can lead one to believe he is perhaps not aware of happenings around him. But Ankur is aware – he’s always aware. Brilliant and sharp, Ankur spends his leisure time reading about spirituality and playing with his daughter. A great fan of the outdoors, Ankur is highly disciplined and takes great care of his health through rigorous and regimented diet and exercise.

An Engineer from Benaras Hindu University (BHU), Ankur is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. His favorite cartoon is Obelix and he believes we all fell into a cauldron of magic potion, but only a few are able to access that power.

Vijay Darkonde
Executive Partner
Vijay manages Service Delivery at Clarion. An Instrumentation Engineer from Aurangabad University, this highly charged individual drives the .NET business at Clarion. Vijay started his career with Clarion back in 2002 as a fresher, after pursuing a brief stint with India’s A-grade engineering institute.

Vijay continues to play an indispensable role in the day-to-day operations of the company. Though he appears as a calm and composed person, don’t be fooled by his exterior. Inside lives a workaholic and highly energized power horse that spends his spare time watching CNN IBN and lapping up technology information on the web.

A true IPL fan - Mumbai Indians are his heroes and he idolizes Sachin Tendulkar.

Ritesh Dighe
Executive Partner
At Clarion, Ritesh manages client satisfaction. Ritesh joined Clarion as a support executive and today manages the process and product quality divisions that audit the QMS and CMMI processes. Soft spoken and docile, Ritesh comes across as a shy and calm individual. But still waters run deep. Inside this calm exterior resides a resilient leader and technocrat who has been a strong pillar of support for Clarion.

A Star Wars fan, he believes a lot remains unexplored and there’s a lot more to do. That’s probably why he’s greatly inspired by Yoda’s quote ‘Do or Do not – there is no try’. Ritesh loves surfing the internet and consuming information on the most radical technologies out there. He is exceptionally passionate about Clarion and his work.

Amit Morya
AVP, Marketing
Amit Morya heads the marketing division at Clarion Technologies. He has rich experience in devising and implementing branding and communication strategies, marketing initiatives and is currently driving the growth of Clarion Technologies through his expertise and business opportunity sensing skills.

He holds a track record of success in marketing, business development, pre sales  and IT. Prior to Clarion Technologies he has served in Cognizant, Siemens and C-DoT.

Amit holds an MBA in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New-Delhi and a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from the Institute of Technology – Banaras Hindu University. In his spare time he involves himself in creative activities like sketching, painting and poetry.
